What do I need to do after ordering? 

Sit back and wait for your box to arrive! We'll send you a couple emails. One to let you know we received your order and then one to let you know that your order is packed and ready for delivery.

When do you deliver?

We deliver throughout the week, depending on your location. Your order will include your delivery date.

Do I need to be home for the delivery?

Nope! You'll receive emails throughout the day of delivery to let you know when your order is on the way and when its been delivered.

When is my credit card charged?

When you place your order, our system will send you a confirmation email with an estimated total. Your card on file is not charged when you place your order. Your card is only charged once we pack your order, enter your specific item weights and then mark the order as packed.

Is there a cost for delivery?

Please Note: All orders of $149 or more qualify for Free Home Delivery, while orders less than $149 will incur a $9.99 - $14.99 delivery fee depending on your location

Is there an order minimum for Home Delivery?

Yes, there is a $99 order minimum to ensure we have enough product in your box to maintain a safe shipping temperature.

Do I need to place an order to visit the farm?

We'd love to have you visit the farm during Farm Store hours. You do not need to place an order online prior to your visit. Please remember that we frequently sell out of popular items, so placing an order ahead of time ensures we set it aside for you.

How does Subscribe & Save work?

Subscribe & Save is completely optional, but allows you to save 5% off of your order + get a FREE item with every order. Better yet, you can fully customize your order and you're always in control. Learn more here.
