Steaks 1.5'' thick, packed individually, roasts 3-4 lbs each, 85/15 ground in 1 lb packs
Customer take-home weight is approximately 170 lbs per share. This will take up about five shelves in a typical upright freezer. Each share is charged only on the weight that you take home and that is all costs included, with your meat vacuum packed and labeled.
You will receive an e-mail at that time with your scheduled share date, as they are typically not immediately available.
A $1400 non-refundable deposit will be charged when your share is scheduled. Your balance, based on the exact weight of your share will be charged when your share is packed and ready for pick-up/delivery.
