Garlic-Rosemary Compound Butter

This compound butter whips together in minutes, and is a perfect way to finish a beautiful steak, mushrooms or vegetable side.

Directions
Ingredients:
o ¼ cup salted butter, sliced (½ stick)
o 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
o ½ tsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary
o ¼ tsp. EVOO
Directions:
1. Heat oil in small pan over medium-low heat.
2. Add minced garlic and rosemary, cooking slowly for about 5 minutes or until mixture is soft and aromatic.
3. Remove from heat, mix into butter.
4. Cover and let chill. Keeps well for a week in the refrigerator or several months in the freezer.
Add a little "extra something" to any meal. Scoop butter on a steak, stir into sautéed mushrooms or toss with steamed or roasted vegetables.
