Directions

Ingredients:

o  ¼ cup salted butter, sliced (½ stick)

o  2-3 cloves garlic, minced

o  ½ tsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary

o  ¼ tsp. EVOO

Directions:

1.      Heat oil in small pan over medium-low heat.

2.      Add minced garlic and rosemary, cooking slowly for about 5 minutes or until mixture is soft and aromatic.

3.      Remove from heat, mix into butter.

4.      Cover and let chill. Keeps well for a week in the refrigerator or several months in the freezer.

Add a little "extra something" to any meal. Scoop butter on a steak, stir into sautéed mushrooms or toss with steamed or roasted vegetables.
