2024 Half Beef Share Pre-Order

Customer take-home weight is approximately 180 pounds. You will be charged for your final boxed take-home weight. That is all costs included, with your items individually vacuum packed and labeled. 

A $1,000 non-refundable deposit will be charged when your share is scheduled. Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an e-mail with your scheduled share date, as these are often not immediately available.

• 60 pounds individually packaged ground beef
• 2 packs 6oz. Hamburger Patties (8 patties total)
  
• 8 pounds individually packaged beef cubes
• 24 quick-cut steaks
• 2 (16oz.) flank steaks + 2 skirt steaks
• 22 premium steaks: 4 Filet Mignon, 4 Delmonico, 4 Ribeye, 8 NY Strip, 1 pack Tenderloin Tips + 1 Petite Tender
• 2 Half Briskets (5 lb. each avg.) -or- 1 Whole Brisket
• 12 roasts: 2 (2.5 lb.) Chuck, 1 (2 lb.) Eye Round, 4 London Broil + 1 (5 lb.) Sirloin Tip Roast, 1 Rump, 1 Bottom Round, 1 Picanha + 1 Tri Tip
• 4 Flanken Short Ribs + 4 packs Korean Short Ribs
• 6 Bone cuts
• 5 Cross-cut shanks
• 1 Half Rack of Back Ribs
• 6 packs of Sliced Liver (1 lb. each avg.)
• 1 pack of Suet (5 lb. avg.)
