Cunningham’s Bakery is proud to offer artisanal bread. We take great pride in the quality of our product, and strive to provide you with breads and pastries that you will be proud to offer to your guests.
We form our bread by hand and bake it each day in small batches in our stone hearth. We use only organic whole wheat and whole rye flour, while strictly avoiding azodicarbonamide (ADA), ascorbic acid, high-fructose corn syrup, and chemical oxidizers.
We deepen the flavor of our breads only through pre-fermenting our dough and soaking our grains – we never use improvers or chemical flavor enhancers – relying on centuries-old techniques that we believe provides a product that is nutritionally superior and tastes better.
