Country Bacon

One pound package of thick sliced, no nitrate, no nitrite, uncured, sugar-free country bacon.  

There are several different cuts and styles of 'curing' and smoking country bacon.  Our country bacon is just like our regular sliced bacon (belly), just cut from the shoulder - specifically the Boston butt.  Some customers have mentioned they find it to be less salty, but the biggest difference we notice is that it has a meatier texture.  While there are still layers of it and a bit of marbling, this country bacon is generally overall less fatty.  

Packed and vacuum sealed for longevity. Made with pork from pigs raised on pasture and supplemented with non-GMO, soy-free feed.
