2024 Eighth Beef Share Pre-Order

Eighth shares are sold on the split side. This means that in each share, you will receive half from the front and half from the hind. You get the best of both worlds! 

Customer take-home weight is approximately 44 pounds. You will be charged for your final boxed take-home weight.  That is all costs included, with your items individually vacuum packed and labeled. A $400 non-refundable deposit will be charged when your share is scheduled. 

Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an e-mail with your scheduled share date, as these are often not immediately available.

• 20 pounds individually packaged ground beef
• 1 pack 6 oz. Hamburger patties (4 patties total)
• 2 pounds individually packaged beef cubes
• 6 quick-cut steaks
• 5 premium steaks: 2 NY Strip, 2 Ribeye + 1 pack tenderloin tips
• 1 (3lb.) Brisket
  
• 2 roasts: 1 London Broil + 1 (3lb.) Sirloin Tip Roast
• 3 Bone cuts 
• 2 packs Korean Short Ribs
