2024 Quarter Beef Share Pre-Order

Quarter shares are sold on the split side. This means that in each share, you will receive half of the front and half of the hind. You get the best of both worlds! 

Customer take-home weight is approximately 85 pounds. You will be charged for your final boxed take-home weight. That is all costs included, with your items individually vacuum packed and labeled. 

A $800 non-refundable deposit will be charged when your share is scheduled. Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an e-mail with your scheduled share date, as these are often not immediately available.

• 2 packs 6oz. Hamburger Patties (8 patties total)

• 10 quick-cut steaks
• 1 (16oz.) flank steak + 1 skirt steak
• 10 premium steaks: 2 Filet Mignon, 2 Delmonico, 2 Ribeye + 4 NY Strip
• 1 (5 lb.) Brisket,
  
• 5 roasts: 1 (2.5 lb.) Chuck roast, 1 (2 lb.) Eye Round, 2 London Broil + 1 (5 lb.) Sirloin Tip Roast
• 2 Flanken Short Ribs + 2 packs Korean Short Ribs
