Spinach Salad
This classic spinach salad is a fresh, filling meal perfect for a spring-time lunch or dinner. It serves two for a meal, and 4-6 as a side. The dressing recipe makes more than you'll likely need, it keeps well for a week or so in the fridge. If avoiding sugar, look for a Catalina-style dressing that fits your dietary needs.
