o 1 jar Vera Spicy Marinara Sauce
o ½ package Tomato Basil Radiatori
o 1 pound Sweet Italian Ground Sausage
o Local Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
o Drizzle of cold-pressed EVOO
o Sliced fresh basil for garnish
1. Bring a pot of water to boil for pasta, adding a pinch of salt. Once boiling, cook to al dente and drain.
2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet or wide saucepan over medium-high heat, cook sausage until browned. Add marinara sauce, reserving about 1/5 of the jar if you intend to have leftovers.
3. Once heated through, toss pasta with meat sauce and serve. Drizzle with EVOO, top with fresh basil and cheese. Enjoy!
