Turkey Prep: Your turkey will arrive frozen and should be thawed in the refrigerator approximately 4 days prior to cooking. Your turkey will be vacuum sealed for freshness and the giblets will be inside the bird for you to remove prior to cooking.
Your turkey will be weighed prior to pick-up or delivery and charged based on the actual weight.
GVF turkeys are beyond organic, raised on pasture, non-GMO, soy-free, broad-breasted white turkeys. They will average 16 lbs, but please note your size preference when you order. We will do our best to meet those requests. The turkeys will come frozen, ready to thaw & cook, including giblets.
